Our Staff

Patti joined Wales Animal Clinic fall of 2003 when the clinic was purchased by Dr. Stewart. As Practice Mananger she is responsible for the clinic accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and inventory. She also oversees employees and assists the veterinarians as needed.
Animal experience for Patti began with her husband on a Wisconsin dairy farm. She cherishes spending time with her three sons. Outside of the clinic she enjoys Watertown High School Wrestling, Wisconsin Badgers Football, walking, biking, and camping. Rascal, a Shih Tzu/Poodle Mix, has created many new stories to share with others.

Melanie joined Wales Animal Clinic fall of 2010. She has been working with animals since 2005 when she started as a Kennel Assistant for a doggy day care and soon went on to start her career in the Veterinary field. She spent a lot of time working as a team member for a Canine Rehabilitation Center; assisting doctors with Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Nutrition, and Pain Management. She also was responsible for Hydrotherapy and Conditioning sessions at the Rehab Center. Although she enjoyed working in the Canine Rehabilitation field, she found that General Medicine, has been the right fit for her.
Melanie enjoys furthering her education in all aspects of Veterinary Medicine, and would like to pursue becoming a Certified Veterinary Technician in the near future. She spends her free time with her longtime boyfriend Tony, and their four legged, freckle-nosed kid, Gracie (their cocker spaniel).

Kailey joined Wales Animal Clinic summer of 2011 after moving to the area from Milton where she grew up. She earned her Veterinary Technician Certification in 2010 and loves working with small animals. She has been surrounded by all sorts of animals her entire life, and has always known the veterinary field is where she belongs!
Kailey has 2 dogs (Jada and Ginger) and 1 old cat (Sabrina) that still live at home in Milton, but recentlly adopted a new, very playful kitty named Luna. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and her pets, listening to music, and just being "out and about."

Carra (Carrie) joined Wales Animal Clinic in fall of 2011 after moving to
Milwaukee with her fiancée for his job. She graduated from Madison Area Technical College Veterinary Technician program in 2009 and earned her certification. She has been working in emergency veterinary care for the past year and half and decided to go back to a day practice setting. She loves everything about animals and being a veterinary technician is defiantly what she was meant to be in life.
Carra has three cats, a bunny and a leopard gecko and she soon hopes to add a puppy to her family. She loves spending time with her fiancée and family. In her free time she hikes, watches movies and reads.
